The 28th and 29th of June 2008 will see Trowbridge Park filled with Live Acts, Activities, Exhibitions and Trade Stands for all ages and to cater for everyone’s interests in what will be a fantastic celebration!
Community Spotlight has always focused on local Community Groups and it is important to recognise that Veterans are members of our Community and live amongst us, hence this year is Community Spotlight and Veterans Celebrations.
Robbie Williams and Tom Jones tributes are just two of the big acts added to this event for the evening of Saturday 28th June as well as a Fire Works display. Whilst The Trowbridge and District Youth Band and the Hampshire Caledonian Pipe Band who well entertain the crowds during the day!
Sunday 29th June will see The Fort Cumberland Guard perform marching drills as well as their high accuracy fire musket and cannon display that will keep you entertained for a long time.
All weekend we are running circus skills sessions, a climbing tower, quad bikes and a fair ground. So all that action will probably give you quite an appetite so why not sample some of the Moroccan and Afro Caribbean food available and wash it down with a few drinks in the beer tent.
This weekend promises to be an event not to miss!
